If you ever come to Sydney, apart from swimming in one of the many pools, please make sure that you also try and get a loaf of Iggy's sourdough bread (in Bronte). It is one of the best sourdoughs I have ever eaten. We are lucky that we have a shop in our neighbhourhood which sells their bread, and it is one of our Saturday traditions to get a loaf, eat the crusty end of the loaf on our way home and make a nice lunch with it. In Summer I love to make a nice broad bean spread which contains, garlic, mint, salt & pepper, olive oil, parmesan and broad beans, which I all pestle to a rough spread in a mortar.
